I can read that it would spread the negative conditions right away. With no duration on them (wich proabaly means from the remaning time)http://guildwarsguru.com/content/epidemic-id467.php to see the decription

I'd say no, it would not continue to spread conditions. It is probably a one time Area of Effect spell. Your radius question is a good one though....I'd like to have an answer as well.

I'm also rather puzzled as to why Epidemic is a normal non-attribute linked skill and Fevered Dreams is an attribute linked Elite skill that does essentially the same thing. Seems like they have it reversed or maybe they're trying to put Fevered Dreams in the running for the worst elite skill ever.

It transfers all the conditions at the time of the spell cast to all nearby enemies with the time remaining on the condition(i believe). So lets say that someone is poisoned and they have 8 seconds left of poison. If you cant epidemic on them at that time every nearby enemy would take a poison condition for 8 seconds.

As for the area of the effect of the spell from my uses it seems to be around the area of a firestorm attack. So say maybe 8 characters wide in diameter.(lol i know bad reference but it works)

Epidemic -(non-linked) 15e 2c 15re
all negative conditions target foe suffers from are spread from target foe to nearby foes

Fevered Dreams -(illusion and Elite) 10e 2c 10re
for 4-14 seconds, any conditions target foe suffers from are spread to nearby foes

Epidemic is a one shot deal. Whatever conditions target suffers from at time this is cast, those are spread to other nearby foes.

Fevered Dreams has a time duration; not to mention cheaper cost and recharge duration; and for any conditions your target suffers from WHILE this is running, they are then spread to other nearby foes. (the reason why it is elite as well,...you can continue to add conditions to your target's suffering which will spread to others for up to 14secs after initial casting of it)

As for range of "nearby"... figure it as a multiplayer melee swirl..for safe thinking. That Ranger or Elementalist sniping from the background won't be affected by this...The range therefore is relatively close.

Should also note that Death Penalty and Exhaustion are not "spreadable" conditions.
That should help.

EDIT : (for below) not sure what you are getting at..but to answer your original post in this thread..the counter doesn't restart when the condition spreads...it just goes for rest of duration that is on it when it spreads.

When it spread conditions does it counts for "recover" from it. Then one of theese makes a great ombo with fragility.

No- they don't recover from the conditions, the players nearby simply become afflicted by those conditions as well. These two skills do work reasonably well on a fragility build, however, since you'll be dumping as many conditions as possible on one target- spreading them to other enemies can help soften those enemies up while you're working on killing your current target.

I've been looking at a Fevered Dreams/Fragility build. I don't think it's as good as you'd imagine it to be, if only because the recharge for Fragility is longer than the duration of Fevered Dreams (unless you're using something like Mantra of Persistence). This means you can't cast Fragility on lots of people and then spread hundreds of conditions like you're suggesting, although it'd be possible for more than one person to do this.

It still seems to be a good option if you're an E/Me: I reckon causing a group of enemies to be burning and blind most of the time with decent extra damage from Fragility would be quite nasty.
